Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of the Honestrail service, operated by Honestrail Creative LLC. By using the service -- submitting a request, receiving recommendations, or authorizing a purchase -- you agree to these terms.
What Honestrail is
Honestrail provides design, sourcing, and purchasing-coordination services: we help you find furniture that fits your space, style, and budget, connect you with a designer when helpful, and, when you choose to proceed, help coordinate the purchase with the relevant retailer or manufacturer. Honestrail is not the manufacturer of any recommended or purchased product, and does not operate as an open marketplace.
Pricing
Where a recommendation reflects trade or promotional pricing, that pricing can vary and is not guaranteed until verified at the time of purchase. Before you authorize any purchase, you will be shown and asked to confirm the exact product, configuration, and quantity, along with the final price. Honestrail's design and procurement service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the retailer's or manufacturer's own price for the product.
Retailer and manufacturer responsibility
Products recommended or purchased through Honestrail are sold by the applicable retailer or manufacturer, not by Honestrail. Warranty coverage, product defects, returns, and exchanges are governed by that retailer's or manufacturer's own policies, not by Honestrail. Honestrail's service fee covers our design, sourcing, and purchasing-coordination work -- it does not cover, replace, or extend any retailer or manufacturer warranty or product obligation.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your needs, budget, and space, and to review and confirm the exact product, configuration, quantity, and price before authorizing any purchase. Purchase authorization is a deliberate step you take -- Honestrail does not place an order on your behalf without it.
No guarantees beyond what is stated
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that any specific price, discount, or item will remain available, and we do not make promises about retailer or manufacturer performance, shipping timing, or product quality beyond what the retailer or manufacturer itself represents.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
These terms are intended to accurately and conservatively describe how Honestrail operates at MVP stage. They have not yet been reviewed by outside counsel; Honestrail intends to obtain a legal review before scaling or paid launch.
