How does Honestrail decor. find better prices?
Honestrail provides design, sourcing, and purchasing-coordination services. We help you find furniture that fits your space, style, and budget, and connect you with a designer when helpful.
Which brands do you work with?

Is there a membership fee or service fee? Any other hidden fees?
Trade or promotional pricing can vary and is not guaranteed until verified at the time of purchase. Before you authorize a purchase, you will be shown the exact product, configuration, quantity, and final price. Honestrail's design and procurement service fee is separate from, and in addition to, the retailer's or manufacturer's own product price.
When do I pay the service fee?
If you want us to place the order, we charge a simple fee only after you're happy with the recommendations. Honestrail does not place an order on your behalf without your approval.
Do you work with sale items?

How long does fulfillment take?

Products recommended or purchased through Honestrail are sold by the applicable retailer or manufacturer. Warranty coverage, product defects, returns, and exchanges are governed by that retailer's or manufacturer's own policies.
Honestrail's service fee
Honestrail's service fee covers our design, sourcing, and purchasing-coordination work. It does not cover, replace, or extend any retailer or manufacturer warranty or product obligation.
